My Son Kazz and I do not miss opening night for the books and

HARRY POTTER Here We Come!!

More later....
-------------

It is now 3:05 AM...

The movie was excellent as usual. We arrived 2 hours before it began and were about the 20th people in line for our showing. There were more lines formed for other midnight showings.

I'll tell you what, it was a riot watching first timers straggle in a half hour before the movie. The look on their faces when they saw 400 people in line was priceless! The theater room we were in held 497 people. It was packed.

When they finally let us walk down the hall toward our theater, Kazz shot ahead of me to get good seats. I hobbled behind him but ran over to the bathroom first, as I had drank a huge amount of pop while standing in line. We were able to get the good seats with the railing in front so we could put our feet up.

As we were sitting there waiting for the advertisements to begin, an older couple came in dressed to the hilt in full out Professor Dumbledore and McGonagall costumes. Kazz took a picture with his camera phone.

It's blurry and dark but you get the drift.
They were just two people who came to watch the movie but they were a Big Hit with the audience.

When the movie began everyone applauded. There were moments in the movie where the audience was as one with laughter, applause, ooohs and aaahhs. The electricity in the air was magnificent!

All in all we had a great time. Can't wait for the midnight book sale on the 21st!

Now...It's Time For Bed!

Loved the movie, although, I didn't see it until Saturday. We didn't have anyone dressed up, but an elderly man sat next to us and we shared our popcorn. I, too, am looking forward to the book. I have reserved it at Barnes and Noble, and will pick it up Saturday night/Sunday morning.
