THANK GOD THEY'RE BOYS

I think we have too many scissors in this home. As a homeschooling mother, I thought it was good to have a craft box in the house stocked with safety scissors, glue, construction paper, widgets and so on but THIS has happened twice before and yesterday the twins decided it sounded like a good idea.

If I had girls I would be a little distressed, but since we have boys, the "cure" is quite simple, not to mention quite the money saver. Brian whipped out the buzz cutters and went to work on the little barber want-to-be's.

Thank you Daxx for cutting your bangs and your brother's bangs. You've saved us approximately $60 in hair cuts and tips this summer and possibly fall.

God love your little heart.

Now if someone can tell me how to get gum out of the short hair on a dog's leg I would be batting 1000. Poor Kya laid down in some and has a patch the size of Montana on her leg. She won't let me touch it. Peanut Butter didn't work and the hair is too short to cut. I'm hoping it will just wear off?

I can't believe my life. :-)

awww your boys are cute ^^ ...

Tried using powder or baby oil on Kya's leg to remove the gum. I'm not quite sure if it's gonna work but baby oil usually help me removes the stubborn sticker out of my gadgets and stuff with ease...

I like ice for removing gum from just about ANYTHING and you won't have any oily residue from the other options.

It's a sticky situation, ;)
