My brother, Zach, and our niece, Brooklyn, came to see us this past weekend from Kentucky. I decided that it was my duty as an Aunt, Brooke's one and only Aunt, to take her to see the sights of Detroit.THAT is exactly what I did. Our family had a family weekend that was jam packed with fun and excitement!
We all piled into our 15 passenger van and took off! We went to the Detroit Zoo, The Detroit Science Center, The Hard Rock Cafe Detroit and we rode the Detroit People Mover.
At the Science Center we went to a Planetarium show, saw an IMAX show.
Later on we walked over to the Compuware Center where The Hard Rock Cafe is located. Inside the Compuware Center is smells like a huge pool. That is because of the Artistic water display that is located in it's center.
The water art is beautiful. Check out the waterfall. That is Brisan looking up at the falling water.
Kazz's girlfriend, Becca and her family met us at the Science Center. We met in the planetarium for the Grand Canyon show.The weekend was so much fun. I hope we have many more like that one. Brooke and Zach are going to have to make that trip more often.
