I've seen a lot of Chickpea Recipes on Pinterest but they have all failed the taste test in our family.
I've been bound and determined to use the cans of Chickpeas that I've bought, so recipe experimentation has been a necessity.
1 Can Chickpeas
Drain Chickpeas and put them in a ziplock baggy with Chili Pepper and Salt
Shake em up until they are covered to taste
Pour them onto a Buttered-Up Cookie Sheet/Baking Pan
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until dried out and a little crunchy outside w/ soft insides
Add salt to taste just before eating.
TaDa...easy peasy Chickpea GF Snack!
