We have an antique, upright, Kimball piano that was patented in 1895 but has a date of 1888 on it too so who knows which date is correct.
It has been taking up space in our living room, looking beautiful, for quite some time.
It is very pretty and we get a huge "wow" from
newcomers to our home when they first lay eyes on it.
We thought about having it tuned but nobody plays the piano in our home
so we've never gotten around to it. The last time it was tuned was 1984 I think so
obviously we're giving it away as is with no guarantees of any sort as there are two keys that no longer make sound for whatever reason.
Here are some pictures. It's free.
You'll have to come to our home, move it and haul it away.
Brian isn't interested in helping to move it...sorry not even for friends...
as he's done that quite a few times now and doesn't want to do it again...
his back will thank him for that. :-)
Just let me know when you can come take it away.
I have a nice bookshelf to take its place and I'll be happy to open my home and allow you to haul it away most anytime. :-)

I'm so glad you guys like it. It should play beautifully after it's tuned...and dusted! :-)
My sister-in-law used to play it and it sounded wonderful. I was so happy to know that it will be played eventually.
